Clear Cadence Dressage has 2 spots available for full training coming Nov 1
Training is tailored to suit the needs of your horse with a classical dressage approach. I encourage all owners to come and watch as much as possible and ask questions to better understand their horse. Whether your horse is unstarted, green or has bad habits I can help.

DATES FOR THE NEXT SESSION

***Introduction to Riding Program***

Curious about horses/riding? Not sure if your child would be into it? This is the program for you. The perfect way for your child to explore their interests in a safe environment without requiring long-term commitment.

Duration: 6 weeks
Eligibility: Ages 4-10

Highlights:
* half hour private lesson (your child will learn one-on-one with the coach)
*participant will learn about safe horse handling through leadership
*introduction to the basics of riding (go, stop, and steering)

With a "safety first" approach, this introductory program will begin on a leadline with students advancing only if and when they possess the necessary skills to begin to ride independently.

Children will need to wear long pants, and boots with a low, solid heel and textured tread (rubber rain boots are a great option). We have indoor and outdoor riding spaces but neither are climate controlled so dress according to the weather. Proper riding helmet is required (no hockey or bike helmets permitted). The coach can make recommendations where to purchase one and also has a small selection available to borrow from.

Your child's lesson will be scheduled on the same day and time each week.

Cost:
$203.40 (includes HST)

Payment in full for the entire 6 week series is required to secure your spot.

Cancellations by the student are non-refundable. In the rare and unlikely event the coach needs to cancel, a "make-up" lesson will be added following the end of the program set, on the regular scheduled day and time of the lesson.

Availability:
Tues June 7 - July 12
Friday June 10 - July 15

Contact Leigh Nesbitt-Krumholtz to reserve your spot.

Success is 20% technique and 80% mindset.

🔵 (Most) mistakes are not fatal. They can easily be corrected. They only become a problem IF you keep making the same mistake for a longer period of time.
Mistakes cannot be avoided. Every time we get on a horse we will make mistakes.

🔵 Mistakes are important for learning. Without them, there is no progress. We learn from the contrast of getting it wrong and getting it right.

🔵 After each good ride, there will be a bad one. After each bad ride, there will be a good one sooner or later.
The harder you try, the harder you fight the bad rides, the longer it takes to get out of the slump. Fighting the bad rides causes both you and your horse stress and tension, which prevents you both from learning and progressing. It’s better to analyze the bad rides objectively to find out what went wrong, why it went wrong, and what you can change in the next ride.
