Every October, National Veterinary Technician Week shines a spotlight on the vital role veterinary technicians play in keeping animals healthy. Melissa - I have made gardening a year round hobby! I enjoy starting seeds indoors in the winter and nurturing them until they are ready to plant out in the spring. I love spending time working outdoors with my three friendly feline "helpers" Walter, Bones, and Gus Gus. I also really enjoy cooking, baking, canning, and spending time with my indoor cats Lucky, Ruby, and Meadow and my two dogs Willow and Bella.

Katie - I enjoy spending time with my pups, cuddling on the couch with Dude and Furbee or going on walking adventures with Lulu. This year we built a new koi pond and when not busy, I enjoy reading.

Brittany - I love reading fantasy books and cross stitching in my free time as well as spending time with my husband and two rescue cats, Vader and Mr. Bean.

Emily - Recently, I have taken up the hobby of gardening and canning. I spend a lot of time outside trying to prevent my two labs from destroying my plants. I also enjoy going to thrift stores, playing sports and being with friends and family.
