The Dog Network A website featuring a directory of dog-parks, hikes, businesses, events, blog posts and more! The Dog Network was inspired by my German Shepherd Avy.

We were always looking for new places that we could go adventuring with her - and found information on the internet was spotty at bet. So we created the Dog Network! Full of a directory of dog-friendly hikes, dog parks, dog beaches and swimming spots, dog-friendly patios, businesses and more!

Crescent Beach is one of my very favourite places in the world. We spent summers at the beach when I was a kid and I have so many amazing memories. Avy loved visiting the beach as well, especially the off-leash beach and beautiful walks.

Mom says this is why I can't have nice things...

Ember LOVES taking apart a stuffy and liberating the squeakers inside. For her birthday her favourite store KORNA Pet gave her a stuffed Monkey... sadly it didn't take long for destructo dog to take it apart and find the TWO squeakers inside.

I will say she definitely had a good time doing it!

Ember is 2 years old today! She is growing up SO quickly.

She started her birthday with a 5km walk on the trails, then had a swim at the beach. This evening we went to KORNA Pet where she got to pick out some birthday treats and got a free birthday monkey toy (which she is currently trying to take apart to find the squeaker).

Overall she says it's been a pretty good day!
