Owner and award winning groomer Deidre Howard has been grooming dogs professionally for over 15+ years. She graduated from Pampered Paws Grooming Academy, here in her home town of Toronto in 1997. Shortly after graduating, Deidre moved to the west coast and settled in Vancouver where she ran several successful doggy

spas over a 12 year period. Deidre has won multiple awards for her grooming, including being honoured as the Silver Winner of the 2002 Best in the West – WestEnder Readers’ Choice award in the category of Best Dog Groomer, and the Georgia Straight Readers’ Choice Winner for Best Pet Grooming/Best Pet Spa in 2007 and 2008, and a Silver award in 2009. In the fall of 2011, Deidre returned home to Toronto to open Tailspin Dog Spa, a downtown spa oasis for dogs. Deidre believes that every dog that comes to Tailspin Dog Spa is unique in their own special way, and deserves the best love and care she can give them. She does this by ensuring a stress free environment, utilizing aromatherapy and hydro massage bath and conditioning as a standard part of every treatment. She insists on using only eco-friendly shampoos and products.

We’re all ears this weekend… literally! 🐶💖
Say hello to our Easter cuties: Miss Andy, Louis (groomed to perfection by Greg! ✂️), and sweet Lennon — all looking egg-stra adorable in their bunny best! 🐣✨

Wishing you all a beautiful Easter long weekend filled with treats, tail wags, and cozy snuggles. 💕

We’re closed tomorrow (Monday) to enjoy the holiday, but we’ll be back Tuesday for all your grooming bookings & spa services! 💦🐕

And for a little extra Easter cheer, here’s a fun DIY pup-approved recipe you can make at home:

🐾 Carrot & Peanut Butter Bunny Bites
Ingredients:
🥕 1 cup oat flour
🥕 ½ cup shredded carrots
🥜 ¼ cup natural peanut butter (make sure it’s xylitol-free!)
🥚 1 egg

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 15 mins or until golden.
Cool completely & serve! 🦴🐾
