GUNNER the beautiful Lab x got introduced to the PLACE command today as well as some Impulse Control. Door knocks & doorbell rings tested this sweet guy who did smazing. He learned the BREAK command and I showed mom & dad how to start RECALL in a controlled environment.

TY REN'S PETS Tillsonburg for having my company K9 Connexion Dog Training in to help your clients build their best dog(s). Tyler you've done a great job training your knowledgeable & professional staff.

This amazing couple brought their sweet rescue dog in yesterday to the "Meet The Trainer" event at REN'S PETS.
This poor guy has been abused & abandoned so he's fearful but still dangerous so mom & dad had him muzzled.
He was barking & lunging when they brought him in and he even tried to bite my leg. So I had dad put a prong collar on him and i walked them all out and then had mom & dad hide around the corner.
I worked on helping his seperation anxiety, reactiveness & had him walking right beside them no pulling. He even sat on the bench beside me & let me pet him.
THIS WAS A HUGE VICTORY FOR THIS COUPLE & BUTTERBALL TERRIER X

As long as your pups are playing and ones not trying be pushy or domineering alls fine. Aspin is way thicker bit Nova has the energy.
Aspin liked trying to pull the collar off Nova with her teeth & Nova liked sliding under her.
Body language is all great between these 2 and normally id be concerned about Aspins tail position being spiked straight up but because I know my dog, her tail is always liked that whether its play, petting or alot of times just going for a run.

Yesterday I had a beautiful 10 mth old Rottweiler whose mom wanted me to try stopping her from barking at people walking past the house. When she's on the deck she really responds to anyone passing by.
So as anyone who follows me knows, I had to work w mom first, Mom needed to learn that the more confifmdent she is the more confident Theckla will be which means less barking & reactivity.
