So this little heifer struggled to have her calf. Her birth canal wasn’t big enough and the calf wasn’t huge. Called the vet and a c-section was done. Haven’t ever had to have one done but participated in many when working as an AHT in a vet clinic.

Everyone is recovering fine and this heifer will raise her bull calf and then in the fall they both will be sold

Great one day show! Came away with the Best of the Best Opposite award with my New Zealand buck Neve.
Received a nesting box which one of Neve’s girlfriends will be using in the near future. Thank you EARS (Edmonton Area Rabbit Society) for
putting on the show and to the show committee for their hard work.
