✨Cancellation policy update✨

As any business that works out of an appointment book, my daily schedule depends on appointments being kept.

Each day I have a fixed number of grooming spaces available

If you need to cancel or re book please provide 24-48 hours notice. If there is a “no show” or not enough notice before cancellation chances are I won’t be able to fill said spot and due to the high demand for appointments it is unfair to those waiting. Of course I understand life happens and I always strive to accommodate clients as best as I can and appreciate the flexibility clients have shown me in return.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment date will be charged 50% of the grooming fee dependant on the reasons for the cancellation. Failure to notify of cancellation will result in 100% charge of the grooming fee which will need to be paid in full before rebooking.

Sorry for any inconvenience but unfortunately it has come down to me having to do this because of so many not showing up or giving me adequate notice,

As most of you have noticed my prices have increased a little over the last couple months, I hate to have to increase them but unfortunately the cost of my supplies etc has taken a big jump. I have a revised price list below 👇🏻
Price List: Full Groom

Small ( up to 15 lbs)
Short hair $45
Long hair: $50

Medium (over 15 lbs up to 50lbs)
Short hair: $50
Long hair: $55 - $70
