Are you a passionate pet lover with experience caring for animals? Rachael’s Rovers is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Partners to join our Saskatoon team!

About the Role:
As a Care Partner, you’ll provide professional, personalized care to our beloved pet clients — both dogs and cats. Our ideal candidate is not only confident and experienced with animals but also communicative, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.

This position is perfect for:
• Pet professionals with hands-on experience
• Vet Techs and students studying veterinary medicine, nursing, or animal bioscience
• Animal lovers looking to make a difference in pets’ lives

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Able to provide a valid criminal background check

Meet Sabrina!
This energetic two-year-old Lab mix is a bundle of joy and excitement. She’s so thrilled to see you that she can’t help but jump for joy!
When it’s time for a walk, Sabrina’s nose goes into overdrive, but still walks beautifully! While she’s not a fan of her boots, she absolutely LOVES the deep snow!

Meet one of our Top Dogs Emily! 🏆🐶

Emily has a BA in Psychology and is currently a student at the University of Saskatchewan pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Their dream is to one day combine their passions for psychology, providing care, and pets to help people!

Cats were their first love- although with the addition of an amazing family bulldog, dogs quickly found a place in their heart too.

Emily believes there is never better time spent than with a pet, and they can’t wait to spend time with yours!

We had the pleasure of walking Koda while her family was away on vacation!
Care Partner Maricar and Koda quickly bonded and shared lots of great memories together during their evening walks.

The opportunity to not only care for pets but also be someone’s comfort and confidence that their pet is well cared for while they are away is a special opportunity that we are so happy to have shared with Koda and his mom!

Meet Curry, our delightful new nine-year-old Greyhound friend!

Curry is an absolute sweetheart! He’s incredibly gentle and has a soft spot for butt scratches. When it’s time for his walks, he prances along quietly, so gracefully that his Care Partners sometimes have to double-check he hasn’t vanished—he’s that light on his feet!
At home, Curry’s calm nature shines through as he loves being showered with affection and gentle pets. He’s a happy, easy-going boy—except when it comes to putting on his booties! 😂

We believe pets belong with people which is why we offer in home over night sitting that can be personalized to your pets schedule and routine.

By having a Care Partner stay with your pet in your home you give your pet its familiar space and routine while you are away. Doing this can help minimize any sort of stress or anxiety the pet may experience because you are away (we care for a lot of anxious pets that are extra sad when their pawrents are gone ❤️‍🩹)

By booking Rachael’s Rovers our clients have seen their pets anxious behaviours minimized and or disappear during their time away which creates a happier and more stress free holiday for them!
