I wanted to pop on here to let my clients know a few important updates about my spa.

🙋‍♀️Going forward all clients will be scheduling with me, Cassie! I will be the only groomer.

✂️Please prebook grooming appointments as I will fill up quickly. Our hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 9:30am-3:00pm.

📲The spa does not have a receptionist which means phones are not often answered during the day now. I will respond back as quickly as I can. I will be in touch within 24-48hrs. Most calls or messages will take place in the evening when I can bring the work phone home.

📆I will be calling to rearrange some of our prebooked appointments as several days are scheduled for multiple groomers.

⏰ Drop off and pick ups will still be walk-in. To ensure I pick my son up on time from school, I cannot accommodate any late appts and pick up times need to be followed.

📣Walk-in Wednesdays are still a go! $8/$10 nails will continue but I’ll be adding more specials to the list! I will be offering all walk-in services on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I would like to apologize to our clients about the pricing confusion recently. We have NOT had a price increase since moving to our new location back in January 2025.

Now that I am incharge of checking in and checking out our doggie friends, I’ve come to realize many clients have been under charged the entire time. This is great news for our clients but not so great news for the business. Going forward all the appropriate pricings will apply.
