🐾 WE’RE HIRING: PYNIES PAWS MANAGER 🐾
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Are you an energetic, organized, creative, outgoing person who loves dogs and loves people? We’re looking for an amazing Manager to join the Pynies Paws team!
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping our business continue to grow and succeed 😃
🐶 What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pynies Paws
* Managing, supporting, and motivating our team
* Creating and maintaining staff schedules
* Handling office administration and organization
* Managing and creating content across all social media platforms
* Planning and organizing fun events and activities
* Helping develop creative ideas for promotions, advertising, and customer engagement
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
* Ensuring the facility is clean, organized, safe, and running efficiently
* Helping with cleaning and general facility upkeep when needed
* Working comfortably and confidently with dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and personalities
* Problem-solving and handling day-to-day challenges independently
* Taking responsibility for the efficient running and overall success of the establishment

* Willing to get their hands dirty — cleaning is part of the job!
* Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments
* Able to work independently and make responsible decisions
* Positive, energetic, and ready to be part of a fun team
