Dolly has been in for regular nail trims, but she’s never been in for a whole groom, she was a little unsure at first, but she knew she could trust the ladies her family left her with and she did her best to be very brave until they returned to pick her up! Her best friends were VERY proud of her and very happy to see her! She lost a ton of hair and, though her family does an amazing job grooming her at home, this will make the summer just a little easier to wrangle! Sometimes it’s just easier to let us manage all that shedding and mess, even if you know how to do it on your own!

Miss Millie came in for her very first spa day ever! She’s recently just moved in to her forever home and she definitely won the puppy lottery with this one!! Her new family ADORE their dogs, she will have the best of the best for the rest of her days! She was a little timid this time, but with a little patience and a baggie full of chicken, she learned quickly that we can be friends in the salon!!
We are so excited to watch her find her confidence now that she’s found the right humans to built her up and give her the love she truly deserves.

.groomers.diary and .grooms.by.dani.x had SUCH an amazing time at the Plywood Regatta at Echo Beach yesterday!
Thank you SO much to everyone who came down to show their support.
It was especially nice to have Elidi, our teeny groomer in training, help man the booth for her first year. It was really great to have some time away from the noise and the hubbub of the salon, it’s always a bonus when a charity event is at the beach in the sun…..
We were able to raise a little over $200 for the ARSU1 - Amphibious Response Support Unit ONE team, they’re a life saving team who we are very grateful to have in our neck of the woods.
Thank you to Gusztav the Water Rescue Dog and his humans for always inviting us to help!! We will see you next year!

The plywood regatta is well underway! .grooms.by.dani.x .groomers.diary and are having an amazing time making sure everyone is looking their best for the races. It’s a gorgeous day so pack up the family (dogs included) and pop down to Echo Lake for an afternoon of fun!!

We will be CLOSED tomorrow, Saturday, July 5.
Dani, Ceslie and Aly will be working an ROA booth at the ARSU1 - Amphibious Response Support Unit ONE plywood cup! Shelly can’t be there (unless someone wants to come build a new deck at the cabin…..) but she has supplied summer theme and tie dyed bandanas or summer collar bows for purchase, 100% of ALL proceeds will go directly to Gusztav the Water Rescue Dog and his amazing team!
Dani, Ceslie and Aly are donating their time AND will also be offering bright feathers or hair extensions also for donation!
So pop down to Echo tomorrow, it’s such a fun event in support of an INCREDIBLY important life saving team. Even if you’re an Olympic swimmer, accidents happen in the water and having Gusztuv and his team around really does save lives!!

The always stunning Zuri was in for her spa day, likes to mix up her grooms every once in a while, seeing as Zuri is so stylish and really suits any type of updo! She will be rocking the mullet this summer and, if you ask us, she looks absolutely gorgeous doing it!! Thanks to .groomers.diary for putting a little extra love in to her new do!

Thank you SOOOOOOO much to everyone who voted! It means the world to have such support and for so many years!
I’m sure we barely snuck by and though, they’re incredible competitors! We respect both salons so much, they’re so talented and knowledgeable and supportive of the community!
We didn’t actually expect to take the win home again this year after seeing all the wonderful salons up for your votes!
Thank you for all the years of love, we wouldn’t be anywhere without your care!!
