🚨 Temporary Service Interruption – MOBDOG Mobile Pet Services 🚨

Hello MOBDOG clients,

I wanted to provide an update regarding services. I had sent out an email last week informing clients that my vehicle had unfortunately broken down and is currently awaiting repairs. However, it seems that some people may not have received that email, so I wanted to make a public post here as well to ensure everyone is informed.

At the moment, my truck is still waiting for repairs and the ETA for the parts required keeps getting pushed back, which means I do not yet have a confirmed return date for services.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while I work to get things back up and running. As soon as my vehicle is repaired and I am able to resume services, I will post an update and begin rebooking appointments as quickly as possible.

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to take a moment to address something important. Recently, there's been a Facebook post circulating that contains comments which are spreading false information about my business. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but it's crucial to set the record straight for everyone’s benefit.

The claims made in the comments are not accurate and do not reflect the values or practices of my business. I pride myself on providing excellent service and maintaining the highest standards of integrity. It's disheartening to see misinformation spread, especially when it can harm the reputation I’ve worked so hard to build.

Since September 2024, things in my life have been extremely exhausting both mentally and physically for reasons I choose not to disclose on a public platform, some of these personal events have forced me cancel many appointments last minute in order to attend meetings that are extremely important and cannot be missed. More reasons include a serious increase in aggressive clients which have resulted in more bites leaving me unable to use my hands properly, one bite resulted in me contracting Cellulitis in my hand, and another bite causing nerve damage to my ring finger, both of these took time to heal. The decline of my vehicles mechanical integrity has also caused many unfortunate last minute cancellations from battery issues, transmission issues, and most recently my drive shaft completely snapping in half. All of which took time to repair. In October I said goodbye to one of my own furry family members whom tragically passed away in a freak accident which has been a situation to grieve in itself amongst the many other things.

While I understand completely that constantly having to rebook an appoinment can get fustrating, trying to ruin someone’s reputation online without knowing the full story, the correct information, or by spreading completely false information to gain an “upper hand” is not the answer.

If anyone has any concerns or questions about my services or the post/ comments circulating. I encourage you to reach out to me directly. Transparency and open communication are very important to me, and I'm more than happy to clarify any misunderstandings.
