Just a reminder, we require 24 hrs notice for cancelation of appointments and 48 hrs notice for surgery appointments.

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or fail to provide notice of cancelation, there will be a no show / cancelation fee added to your account.

This is due to the increase in missed appointments recently.

Your notice allows us to offer another pet the chance for an appointment!
