🐴 CEDAR RIDGE ESTATES – PARKING & ARENA ENTRY INFORMATION 🐴

📍 Attention All Haul-Ins, Layovers & Event Participants!

As we continue to welcome more riders, horses, and trailers to Cedar Ridge Estates, we want to make sure everyone has a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience at our facility.

Please take a moment to review our Parking & Arena Entry Map before your next visit!

🚛 PARKING & TRAILER ACCESS

• All trucks and trailers must park in the designated back parking area.
• Please BACK IN when parking and leave enough room for other trucks and trailers to safely enter, exit, and manoeuvre.
• Follow the directional arrows shown on the map.
• Areas marked NO PUBLIC ENTRY are strictly off-limits.

✅ CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY

• EVERYONE must check in and pay at the FRONT OFFICE before unloading or bringing horses into the arena.
• This applies to all haul-ins, layovers, and event participants.
• Once checked in, horses may enter through the designated large Eastside Man Door, as indicated on the map.

🐎 HORSE TYING & HOLDING AREAS

• Tie rails are available inside the barn.
• A designated holding pen is also available inside the arena.
• Horses may ONLY be tied to designated tie rails or steel panels.
• 🚫 DO NOT tie horses to the wooden fencing!

🧹 PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
Help us keep Cedar Ridge clean and welcoming! Please clean up after yourself and your horses, including manure and any garbage.

🚨 IMPORTANT EVENT POLICY

NO CHECK-IN = NO PARTICIPATION!

Anyone who fails to check in at the front office during an event WILL NOT be permitted to participate.

These procedures are in place to keep our horses, riders, visitors, and staff safe while ensuring events run smoothly.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and support as Cedar Ridge Estates continues to grow!

I have a bit of a problem with my trainer… and honestly, I’m not quite sure how I’m supposed to handle it. 😒

When I invited her to come and work horses out of here… and by “invited,” I mean begged her to come after seeing her haul in like eight horses one time then run barrels a few times 😂 it right away had me thinking a plan in mind. I had two horses I was planning to sell, and I wanted her to spend some time working with them before they found their new homes.

Well… things didn’t exactly go according to plan. The more I watched her work with them, the more impressed I became. Then I got on and tried them myself, and it was a no-brainer: I wasn’t selling either of them anymore! 🤦‍♀️😂

She did such an amazing job with both horses!! honestly, even better than I expected. So guess now I’ve decided to keep them! 🐴❤️

If I keep giving this young lady horses to train for us, I’m going to end up with a million horses that I don’t want to give up! 😂

Watching the progress they’ve made has been incredible. Her patience, hard work and dedication have made such a difference, and I’m so happy with how both horses are doing.

For such a young girl, Hallie has a work ethic and common sense and tbh that’s just hard to find these days. She puts in the work, and it shows. Hallie, keep doing what you’re doing you’re going to go far! 🥰

We’re so sad you’ll be leaving for the next few months, but we’re super excited to welcome you back with wide open arms in the spring when you come back!

I know you’re not a big social media girl, Hallie, so that’s why I’m posting this for you! 😉 Thank you for being such an amazing trainer… even if you did completely ruin my plans to sell these two! 🐴❤️

🐴 BOARDING AVAILABLE AT CEDAR RIDGE ESTATES! 🐴

We have a four-horse shared pen available starting November along with one indoor stall 1!

Our boarding prices are:

🐴 Four-horse shared pen: $550 per horse
🐴 Private pen: $850 per horse
🐴 Indoor board: Starting at $1,100 per horse

We want to be transparent: Cedar Ridge is a busy facility with a high volume of horses boarded here. We have a great community right now, and we love the boarders we have! ❤️ and of course, that is how we are hoping to keep it over here! 

If you’re looking for a welcoming, non-judgmental facility with all kinds of amazing personalities, we would love to hear from you!

Here’s what we offer:

🌾 Great-quality hay
💧 Automatic waterers
🐴 All-metal pens—no wood for shared and privet pens.
🏟️ Two indoor arenas
🏠 Stalls kept available for emergencies or when a horse needs stall rest

We also host lots of events for you to take part in, including gymkhanas, team roping, breakaway, reining, schooling and jump shows, with dressage shows planned for the future. You name it, and we probably do it! 🤠  we try to keep the full day Events at a minimum so that everyone has time to ride during the day mornings are super available in the larger arena along with midday! And then the second Arena is available most times!

Silver – For Sale

Silver is a beautiful 2½-year-old grey filly standing 14.1 hh. I’ve owned her since she was a weanling. Her breeding is unconfirmed, but our best guess is a Hanoverian/Quarter Horse cross. She has a Roman nose a kind nature and solid feet.

She is very in your pocket, friendly, and easy to catch and handle. She goes into a stall and ties very well.

She moves out well at the walk, trot, and lope and rides well alone or in a busy arena. Get on and go—no lunging or soaking required. She moves off your leg, gives in the bridle, and has a good stop. She has shown no buck, rear, or bolt.

She was introduced to jumps on one occasion to see how she responded and did not refuse any. She is too young for regular jumping, but her willingness showed promise. We believe she has the potential to excel in a variety of disciplines.

Silver is one we don’t want to sell. We know she could join our lesson program with very little additional time, but we’re moving away from lessons and simply can’t keep them all. We will be selective about the home she goes to.

Her price will increase as she stays with us and continues her training.

Silver will be offered for sale for approximately one week while our trainer is here. If she hasn’t sold by then, we’ll keep her for the winter and begin her training in breakaway roping and our Ridgkhanas.
