🚀🐾 Canicross Workshop 🏃‍♀️🐕

This fall, hit the trails with your best four-legged friend! Our Canicross Workshop will teach you everything you need to know to safely and confidently run with your dog — from choosing the right gear, to safety and foundation skills, to building endurance together!

📅 Date: Saturday, October 4th 2025
📍 Location: Breithaupt Park
💰 Fee: $75+ HST per person (1 dog included!)

Also includes a live demo, hands-on guidance, and a chance to try running with your dog in a supportive, fun environment. Perfect for beginners looking for a fulfilling outlet, or experienced runners looking to add some tail-wagging energy to their workouts!

Folks! Our in home boarding availability is filling up fast!
If you plan to travel or getaway over the next 3 months, please DO NOT wait till the last minute. Inquire now to secure your pups space before it’s gone!

As a reminder - our boarding is offered in home and small scale. We only take 1-3 dog at a time to ensure each dog has their individual needs met. Dogs MUST be crate trained in order to meet our eligibility criteria - see our website for more details.

Your high energy dog doesn’t need another walk - they need fulfilling outlets to meet their natural instinctual drives!

Let’s be real, walks can be pretty boring! So do MORE with your dog! Tap into their breed specific needs and find ways to express and channel their drive.

Now, hopefully you researched the breed before bringing them home, but in the chance you didn’t - investigate it! Do you have a herder? A terrier? A retriever? Tap into their breed(s) to scratch that itch - there are so many sports and activities out there designed just for your dog!

Above all- play with your damn dog. Play cooperative games like fetch, or competitive games like tug. Make it purposeful and blend in obedience and boundaries to the game! Bring out your flirt pole or your best goofy side during personal play!

In conclusion - do more of this 🧠💪🏼🎾 and less of this 🦮🚶‍♀️
