Last horse looking for a part boarder!

Sadie- 16yo APHA mare, 15.1 and as wide as she is tall😉
Willing, goofy, and just enough sass to keep you entertained. Super fun ride, has plenty of buttons and knows what she’s doing
Best suited to an intermediate/advanced rider, she’s honest and has zero buck/bolt/nonesense, but does have an engine and if you tell her to she WILL use it
Happily goes English or western, and loves trails alone or in company
Would suit an older rider looking for fun but no drama, or a younger rider wanting a good natured challenge
Mostly private barn, laid back and friendly atmosphere. Large outdoor, tons of trails
Lessons available at request and at a reduced rate for part boarders

Flexible days, and reasonable rate, located just outside of Orillia

10yo grade qh mare, teeth put her possibly a few years older but very close
Extremely stout 14.2 (takes up leg for a taller rider just fine)

Sweet as can be, easy going, very straightforward. Solid wtc, knows a little neck reining and leg aids but a little rusty.
Amazing on trails, happy to go alone or with others, traffic safe, dog safe, field safe. The kind of girl who doesn’t care about much other than treats
Slightly more whoa than go, not a kick ride
Knows how to step over to a mounting block on cue, stands great
Very easy simple girl, a anyone can ride type
Ties, good with her feet, easy to catch. The only flaw about this girl is she took her winter weight a little too seriously, and could use to lose a few pounds😂

Came from Alberta three years ago, has been amazing for her current owner (an older timid rider), only reason for sale is she is moving and Charlie can’t go with

Super sweet girl, could absolutely see her in a school program or continuing to be a lovely trail mount. Adores kids (and all the treats they bring😉)

16.1, 2005 AQHA gelding, papers in hand
If I didn’t have his papers I would NEVER believe his age
Still very much wants a job and has lots of miles left

Wtc, neck reins like a dream, big powerful mover
Was a ranch/rope horse out west and has seen all the sights, absolutely loves cattle
Runs top of the 2d with rider errors, could be a very serious competitor in the right hands
Forward ride, has a big engine and wants to use it but still respectful
Could be handled by a confident kiddo or a lady wanting something fast but no nonsense
Would make a great youth step up horse, or a backup rodeo horse
Or could very easily step back into being a rope horse, or into the sorting pen

I was keeping this guy for myself but I’m taking a step away from western and this guy needs to go be somebody’s superstar again

Hauls great, happy to live in or out, easy keeper, barefoot, the same horse no matter how much or how little you work him, puppy dog gentle on the ground, no gate issues, sound as can be and no maintenance currently

No buck/bolt/rear or any drama, absolutely only bad habit is he likes to prance if bored or excited, he’s a showboat and likes to show off

Asking mid fours to reflect age, will entertain offers for a perfect situation

Part boarding opportunities!
These guys are getting too chunky and I don’t have the time to keep everyone in shape🤣
Three different horses, two beginner/intermediate safe (regularly used for kiddo lessons), one more intermediate/advanced
Please pm for specifics
Quiet, mostly private barn with a super friendly atmosphere, outdoor ring, large grass riding area, and a small indoor for inclement weather
As well as lots of trails and fields
Tons of opportunity to ride alone or with others, all the ladies here are super sweet and welcoming!

We are predominantly a western barn, and two of these horses have tons of training specific to western performance,
but all have been ridden English at some point or another so could happily do that as well (again, please pm for specifics)
All tack supplied

Would be a great opportunity for someone wanting some extra saddle time in a relaxed environment!
Fairly low part board rates, and flexible schedule/days
(Basic rates are $200/month for 12 rides, or 350 for unlimited)
I do require an initial trial ride and/or some lessons to ensure the best possible match for both horse and rider, but long term lessons are not required (but definitely available😉)
No outside coaches at this time
Riders under 18 welcome, but please have a parent/guardian reach out on your behalf
Showing (western games) opportunities possible to the perfect situation, lessons WOULD be required for this

I have the rare opportunity to open up two additional training spots due to new pens going in! Booking for November/december

Specializing in c**t starting and tune ups, but happy to take on older horses for patterning or fine tuning to meet your goals!
Largely focused on barrel horses, but all breeds and disciplines welcome

My program has a very heavy reining and cow horse background, with a special focus on having a soft willing horse. All horses receive a super solid foundation to help build the most broke and willing horse horse possible
All training horses are treated as my very own and receive the absolute best of care

Based on a working ranch, happy to introduce horses to cows and hard work😉

Willing to take on consignments as well! 10% commission + basic board ($350)

Indoor or outdoor spaces, as well as individual or group turnout
Fantastic feed program in place, but also happy to tailor based on needs

I don’t know about old dogs, but you sure can teach old rope horses new tricks😉

After only a week of being here this guy has already impressed me so much, can’t wait to see him shine once he settles into his new job
