This is Sammy!

Sammy is a super smart, super sweet, super highe energy Border Collie mix. Sammy is also super leash reactive to other dogs, vehicles, and people.

Sammy's owner was nearing her wits end and not able to enjoy going out for walks for fear of Sammy's intense reaction. That's when she decided to reach out to us!

We went and met Sammy's mom and watched how they were walking together and gave her a few pointers on how she could improve on some of her habits to help her rebuild her relationship with her dog. Sammy's mom then also decided to have Sammy come and board and train with us while she enjoys her spring break.

We have been working with Sammy doing some counter conditioning to the various things that cause her to react, both here on site and real-life experiences in the town of Redwater.

She is making excellent progress, as you can see in the video we are able to bring her on a pack walk with us, and lo and behold the world isn't ending!

We are very proud of you Sammy, but the work is still just beginning!
