URGENT - IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT NEEDED.........

THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP HIM UNTIL HE CAN FIND HIS FOREVER HOME.

For a paraplegic dog he will be an easy keeper. He pees and poops on his own, can get around the house, be walked with a sling and will be fitted with a wheelchair and given a stroller. He has belly bands and booties to help.

He's a sweet cuddly boy who lives with his 2 canine companions. He can be protective of his pack on walks but this can be worked on.

Meet Sammy! He is an 8-10 year old Indian ringneck parrot seeking a new home.

Sammy is a very social boy who loves to be with his people. He will hang on your every word when you talk or sing to him, and he quite enjoys talking back! He seeks human connection and needs a home where he isn’t left alone for long periods of time.

If Sammy’s cage door is open, he likes to come out and explore. He doesn’t like fingers, but he will step up on your arm or a stick. Sammy enjoys having the freedom to go for strolls and occasional flights around the house to get his exercise in.

Favourite things in Sammy’s life include shiny toys, spray baths, almonds, and watching TV with his mum. Sammy loves fresh foods, especially blueberries. He’s not big on pellets but he enjoys having them soaked and served soft.

Sammy had a check-up with an avian vet and appears to be in good health. He will come with his cage, and his adoption donation is $250.

We need help 📢 Does anyone have cages in good condition they would be willing to donate to rescue birds?

We have taken in 2 birds that need better cages. One is a disabled small bird (who would ideally like a cage that is wider than it is tall), and the other is medium size, the roomier the better. Both birds are really needing a cage upgrade! :(

If anyone has a cage that would suit one of these birds and you are willing to part with it, we would love to hear from you.

ADOPTABLE ❤️ FREYA ❤️ is only 15 weeks old and looking for her new digs. FREYA is a lovely girl who enjoys the company of other dogs. Her zoomies are especially exciting and fun to watch. FREYA is doing well with her house-training and quietly enjoys her naps in her crate.
