Have you been following Hazel’s story? 🐰💔

Hazel came into our care after her beloved human dad passed away. His family reached out to us, hoping we could give Hazel a second chance at life.

What we didn’t know was how urgent her situation was. Upon arrival, it was clear she needed lifesaving dental surgery. Within a few weeks, Hazel had her left incisors removed and a large abscess drained. That was just the beginning.

Now, 7 months later, Hazel is still fighting. Just 3 weeks ago, she underwent another abscess removal surgery—and now a new one has already formed. She urgently needs:

A CT scan (~$1700)

Likely another surgery (~$2000)

Ongoing dental care and aftercare ($600-700 every 2-6 months)

We’ve raised almost all of her existing bills (just $178 left to go)—but we need your help to go further. The total needed is $4000–$5000, and time is not on Hazel’s side.

Hazel Update 💛
Hazel has a recheck booked for next week, and we are still working hard to raise just over $1100 to cover the costs of her surgery and ongoing care.

The good news? Hazel is feeling feisty! She’s bounced back faster this time, going right back to eating like normal—even with her twice daily aggressive wound flushing. 💪🐰

To help with her bills, we have hay for sale, hay cubes, grooming services, and you can even book a boarding stay to support her care.

We’re still hopeful that once she’s fully recovered, Hazel will find her forever home. She’s great with kids, seems to want a bunny friend, but may come with some long-term costs. Please consider sharing her story—her perfect person is out there somewhere. 💕

Until then, she’s safe, loved, and spoiled with us. Let’s hope the vet visits are finally behind her! 🙏
