Huge shoutout to RMS Land Clearing (both owners & operators) for their wonderful work! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were also very reasonably priced! If you’re in the Alberta area - I highly recommend them for your land clearing needs! 😀

Just popping in for the annual reminder that I breed horses 😀

I'm not sure if periodically people join in/follow us based on a different understanding, but with the influx recently of commenters very upset with us breeding, I wanted to take this time to offer a reminder that of part of what we do here at MW & subsequently, part of what we post about, will always be about this (it's actually largely why I started this page in the first place).

If the breeding of horses is not something that aligns with you, that's totally cool. In the same vein however, this page, is probably just not the page for you. ❤

While I was hopeful she wouldn’t be, Paola was still very receptive today (she followed me in again from when I found her on pasture for her oxytocin lol).

Thankfully Callum was a little more on his game today 😜 He still took a bit to think about breeding her & refused to talk to her, but in the end, he got the job done.

To help in our hail mary breeding… if she is still in heat tomorrow morning I plan to flush her as an extra measure (in hopes of reducing her inflammatory response, and thus increase her chances of getting pregnant) & continue with an extended oxytocin protocol.

Crossing my fingers it all works out!🤞💗
