🐎 WELL… that escalated quickly 🐎

We just want to say a HUGE thank you for the absolutely overwhelming response to our Brudenell Riding Stables and Lakeside trail ride staffing ad ❤️

Like… WOW. You guys came in HOT 🔥

Because of the volume of applications (and us needing about 47 coffees to get through them all ☕😂), we will be cancelling the Open House and focusing on going through resumes one by one.

We are taking our time to find the right fit for our team (aka people who can handle horses, chaos, kids, and a little Cooper energy 😏).

Lakeside Trail Rides is Hiring for the 2026 Season!

Lakeside Trail Rides is a family-owned and operated business located in beautiful Lakeside, Prince Edward Island — right beside Crowbush Golf Course.

We offer guided horseback riding tours along the beach, including:
• 1-hour walking trail rides
• 1.5-hour walk/trot/canter beach rides
• Stunning sunset rides 🌅

Our season runs from mid-June to the end of August, and we are currently hiring:

• ONE full-time team member
• ONE part-time team member

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wage:
Up to $20/hour depending on confidence and experience.

✨ Opportunity for housing and stabling available if you own your own horse.

Job Requirements:

• Must have extensive horse experience and be confident handling and riding
• Daily tasks include cleaning stalls, tacking up, grooming, riding, guiding tours, and interacting with customers
• Must have First Aid & CPR certification (or be willing to obtain it)
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in a hot summer environment
• Energetic, responsible, dedicated, and outgoing

This is a fast-paced, fun summer tourism environment — we are looking for someone who loves horses and loves people!

You’ll help create posts, promotions, and content for:

• Help promote tours, events, and seasonal experiences
• Write captions, ads, and short marketing content
• Assist with photos, videos, and online promotions

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience or interest in marketing/social media
• Is creative, reliable, and well organized
• Loves tourism, local businesses, and storytelling
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
