If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little MIA from social media lately, there’s actually a very exciting reason…

I’ve been hunkering down and putting the finishing touches on my website! 💻🐾

And I’m officially ready to say…

😂🐾 Every workplace has that one coworker…

The one who’s completely focused on the task at hand… and the one who’s perfectly happy supervising from the sidelines. 😄

Hunter was all in on fetch, while Izzy seemed to think watching was just as much fun. Different personalities, same great day!

One of my favourite parts of pet sitting is seeing how unique every pet is. Whether they’re the energetic adventurer or the laid-back observer, I love getting to know what makes each of them, them. 💜🐶

Everyone say hello to Henry, a 4½-year-old Golden Retriever with a relaxed personality, a goofy streak, and a love for adventure!

Henry’s favourite part of the day is heading out for a walk. Whether we’re exploring the neighbourhood or taking our time to sniff along the way, he’s happiest when he’s out and about. Don’t be surprised if he decides to bring a stick home as a souvenir—it wouldn’t be a proper Henry walk without one! 🌿🪵

When he’s not out exploring, Henry enjoys rolling around in the grass and soaking up all the attention he can get. The only thing he’d rather avoid? Thunderstorms. ⛈️

Spending time with Henry is always a highlight. His easygoing nature and silly personality never fail to put a smile on my face, and I’m so happy to have him as part of the Just Like Home Pet Sitting family. 🐶💜

Knowing when they’ll be fed, when it’s time for a walk, when they can play, and when it’s time to settle down helps create a sense of comfort and security—especially when their family is away.

That’s why I do my best to stick to the routine you’ve already established. Keeping meal times consistent, walks familiar, and daily habits as normal as possible can help reduce stress and make the transition while you’re away much easier for your pet.

Every pet is different, and their routine is, too. During our meet & greet, we’ll go over the little details that make up your pet’s day so I can provide care that’s tailored specifically to them.

Because when life stays predictable, pets can focus on what matters most: feeling safe, relaxed, and loved until you’re home again. 💜🐾

Beginning September 1, 2026, my service rates will be increasing.

Like many small businesses, I’ve experienced rising operating costs over the past year. To continue providing the individualized, reliable care that you and your pets deserve, I’ve made the difficult decision to adjust my pricing.

Existing bookings are protected. Any booking with a paid deposit on or before September 1 will remain at the current rate. The new pricing will only apply to bookings made after that date.

Updated rates effective September 1:

🐾 Consultation
• First consultation: Free
• Additional consultations: $20

🐕 Dog Walking (Morden only)
• $20 / 30 minutes

🏡 Drop-In Pet Sitting
• Morden: $35/day (includes up to 2 visits, $20 per additional visit)
• Winkler: $50/day (includes up to 2 visits, $30 per additional visit)

🕒 Extended Drop-In Pet Sitting
• $40/day (one visit lasting up to 12 hours)

🛏️ Live-In Pet Sitting
• $45/calendar day

🏠 House Sitting
• Morden: $20/day
• Winkler: $25/day
• Live-In House Sitting: $30/day

🎄 Holiday Surcharge
• $10/day (applies to New Year’s Day, Easter Weekend, Victoria Day & Weekend, Canada Day & Weekend if 7/1 falls on a Monday/Friday, August Long Weekend, Labour Day & Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Remembrance Day & Weekend, December 20-January 1)

• $15
