Our team at Peak are pleased and excited to announce CenTrate BMA is now offered at our clinic! What is it??

It’s a procedure that uses horse's own bone marrow to create a concentrated, regenerative cell solution to treat injuries, osteoarthritis, and bone defects. The veterinarian collects bone marrow, processes it in a centrifuge, and then injects the resulting suspension of stem cells, progenitor cells, and plasma into the injury site to accelerate natural healing. This process is natural and safe using the horse's own cells, preventing immune responses from foreign tissues.

Payton has joined us as our newest vet tech! She graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Lakeland College in Vermilion in June 2025. She enjoys working with all types of animals and appreciates the variety that comes with switching between small and large animal cases.

She grew up riding and spending time outdoors. Outside of work, Payton enjoys spending time with her dog Sevy, fishing, visiting her family’s cabin, and has recently taken an interest in gardening.

Dr. Julianne has joined the peak family! Julianne grew up in Rosthern, Saskatchewan and has had a passion for animals all her life. She graduated from the WCVM in 2025 and joined us shortly after. Julianne grew up around dogs, cats, horses and cattle - from early on, she knew she wanted to work with all creatures, big and small! Outside of work, she enjoys playing guitar and piano, spending time at the lake, and going back home to visit her family and her pup Skeeter.
