Feb 19/25

2:00 pm UPDATE : our status is the same unfortunately
We do have this being worked on !!

Unfortunately we are still down for at least the morning with no phones or Internet or computers.
So we are not able to answer or make calls or access our schedule etc
We are open for medication and food pick up but you would need to come into the hospital for this
We will update as soon as service is restored .

Again thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding during this very frustrating time .🙏🏻🩷

“IMPORTANT “ Feb 18/25
Due to ongoing issue with no phone service and no computers or internet we will need to cancel all appointments for this afternoon as we can’t access medicall records or schedules or accept payments.
Our normal practice would be to call all clients in this situation however our schedule and all of our clients contact information are all computer based so we are not able to access this.
This post is the only way we know how to potentially reach our clients !
We are so sorry for this confusion and are really missing the old fashioned pen and paper !!
We will update when this is repaired and we will be in touch with clients that had appointments for today (Feb 18 /25) for those who have not been in contact already .
Thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding!🙏🏻🩷we are doing the best we can !
