Updated Cancelation and No-Call/No-Show Policies:
Please respect your appointment time!

Cancelations
Less than 24-hour notice (meaning 24 hours notice of the day of) will result in 50% of the grooming fee. Must be paid before the next groom can be booked!

No-call/no-show
If it's the first no-show, there will be no charge.

• 1st offense: Requires the owner to sign my no-call/no-show policy.
• 2nd offense: Requires 50% of the grooming fee. Payment must be made before the next appointment is booked.
• 3rd offense: You will no longer be on my clients list.

This is NOT a hobby; it's my passion and business!
I respect my clients enough to give your pets the utmost care, so please respect my policies!

I am NOT taking new clients. And if you haven't been here in a year or more you are no longer considered a client. After 12 months you are removed from my client list! I have people on a waiting list to become a client so I do not hold your spot after 12 months.
