This gorgeous girl finally got her shave. She really needed it. She'll look funny for a while but that stunning new coat will come in and she's going to be a beauty again. Look at that tail! She's the sweetest girl too. A huge thank you goes out to Nina from Firehouse Pets Co. In Lucan for taking the time to go out and help this poor girl who was so matted. UPDATE: FOSTER FOUND!
WE NEED HELP!
Looking for a foster who can bottle feed. They are aprox 4 weeks old but there are 7 of them!! If we can find 2 fosters, we can divide them. Mom is feral and never came back. Please let me know if you can help. For those of you asking how to help with donations, you can check out our Amazon wish for kmr kitten milk, or you can purchase for us to pick up. This is one of the adult cats that came in. Such a beauty. She's Main C**n with an eye infection and hair completely matted. Pure neglect! Thank you to Dana her foster for taking her in and a huge thank you to Nina from Firehouse Pets in Lucan for grooming her. It won't be done in one shot as the cat only has so much patience but she'll get shaved down and although will look funny for a while, she will be gorgeous again very soon and it will be a new start for her. So glad all these guys have a new chance at a new life! Stay tuned for updates! :-)

This is little Gage! It's really the saddest thing I've seen in a while. 5 days old and already suffered so much. His little foot is broken and it was bandaged and he was given pain meds. Not much more you can do for such a tiny kitten. He is fighting but its touch and go right now as he is so small. A big thank you to Tami the foster mom for taking such good care of him and to Biddulph vet in Lucan for seeing him. Poor little champ has a tiny splint so we'll see how he does and we'll keep everyone posted. If anyone wants to help out with his care, you can etransfer to [email protected]. We had a sad case last night. I got a call about cats needing rescue out of a really bad situation. We rescued 2 adult cats that were in rough shape, one needs a groomer asap and a mom and six 5 day old babies. Mom was traumatized and just lay there so 2 babies are just bones. We were supposed to get them this morning but it became dire to get them out of there so they were picked up last night and are all safe now. Mom got to her foster home and just lay there peeing herself. It's so heartbreaking but she started feeling safer and now is feeling better about having her babies with her. They are of course being topped up with kmr to help mom out. One of the babies has what we suspect to be a broken foot. I can't imagine what they went through. He is at the vet this morning to see what can be done. What a rough start in life but they're in great hands and all safe now! I'll update everyone after the vet visit.
