I know we want all the pups to be cool this summer but this is just a reminder that shaving a double coated breed (retriever, husky, great pyrenees etc) will not keep them cool. In fact, they require it to help with those hot summer days. That being said, a good deshed can help get out any extra compacted fur and aid in keeping them cool and comfortable 😎 🌞
