Meet Gilbert, an incredibly affectionate and loving boy who absolutely adores his people. The moment he sees someone he knows, he's often the first to come running over for attention, cuddles, and pets. Gilbert thrives on human companionship and never misses an opportunity to soak up affection.

One of his favorite things to do is roll around on the floor, showing off his sweet and goofy personality while asking for more pets and belly rubs. His loving nature and constant desire to be close to his people make him a truly special companion.

Gilbert does well with both other cats and dogs, making him a great addition to many different types of households. He has a calm, friendly personality and enjoys sharing his space with furry friends as well as his human family.

Hi there... I'm Groot.

I'm what they call a gentle giant, and I think that describes me perfectly. I may be a big boy, but my heart is even bigger. Nothing makes me happier than being close to my people and soaking up all the love and affection they have to give.

If there's one thing you should know about me, it's this: I absolutely love belly rubs. In fact, I'm such a professional at getting them that I'll happily roll right over onto my back the moment I think one might be coming my way. Belly up, paws in the air, and ready for scratches—that's my favorite position!

The second those tummy rubs start, you'll usually see the biggest smile spread across my face. It's impossible for me to hide how happy I am. Between my goofy grin and my wiggly excitement, everyone knows when Groot is living his best life.

No matter what kind of day I'm having, I always look to my humans for comfort. A little attention, a kind word, and a few belly rubs can turn any day around. Being loved makes me feel safe, happy, and right at home.

Whether I'm rolling over for tummy scratches, flashing my signature smile, or leaning in close for cuddles, I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by the people I love.

I’m a German Shepherd mix with a bright mind and a big heart, and I’m on the lookout for my forever home. I came to the shelter as a surrender, and while that part of my story is behind me, I’m ready to focus on what comes next—a fresh start with someone who believes in me.

I’m gonna need some structure, guidance, and plenty of positive training. I’m incredibly smart and eager to learn, which means that with the right commitment, I have so much potential to do amazing things. I just need someone patient and consistent to help me become the very best version of myself.

Kennel life can be a bit tough for me, and I sometimes get stressed when I’m confined for too long. What I really dream about is a home where I can stretch my legs, stay mentally engaged, and feel secure in a routine.
