Hi everyone!

Just wanted to come on here and give an update that I am currently booking into the end of April. I expect that booking 2-3 months out will be the norm for me now.

Please plan accordingly and pre-book your appointments ahead of time. There is still no online booking but you can text or email to s book future appointments. I am happy to book as many as you like, a lot of people have even booked the whole of 2026. When you message to book please let me know if there are any particular days or times that work best for you and how often you would like the appointments, this makes it easier for me.

Hi everyone!

If you have an upcoming appointment before the holidays I will be offering a holiday add-on. It’s $10+tax on top of the groom and includes a bag of treats, a bandana and sugar cookie shampoo and cologne.

I’m not including a holiday photo this year just because I am going to be very busy and sometimes it can take time to get a cute photo.

Hi everyone!

Beautifying the Beast is closed for the long weekend and will be reopening on Thursday September 4th at 8.30am.

BTB will also be closed from Wednesday 10th September, reopening on Monday 15th September at 8.30am.

My parents are flying in from England so I’m taking some time off with them.

Hi everyone, Rachel here, just thought I should post an update!

It's been almost 4 weeks since Ashley left and I wanted to hop on here and say a huge thank you to everyone for your support and patience. It has been a big transition for me but all the words of encouragement and support have really meant a lot and have definitely helped me, I had some really big shoes to fill!

If you text or email I may be a little slower to respond than before but I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 24-48 hours. Just a reminder that I am closed Wednesdays and weekends so you definitely wont get a response on those days.

I am currently booking into the end of October, I do have a cancellation list for appointments before then but I cant promise I will be able to fit you in, so far I haven’t had any cancellations. It's looking like I will be consistently booked 2-3 months in advance so please keep on top of scheduling your appointments ahead of time as I won’t be able to squeeze any dogs in. There is no limit on how far in advance you can book and you can have as many appontments as you want pre-booked, even into 2026. If you’re looking for a December appointment and can’t find anything online please message me, I have saved some spots from online booking to help keep the schedule more manageable for me.
