Alvesta Farm Welsh Ponies

Welsh Pony Section A & B breeding program working to produce true-to-type, big-moving ponies.

Founded in 1966, Alvesta Farm is a Section A & B Welsh Pony breeding program. We aim to breed quality, true-to-type ponies with the temperament, conformation, and movement to excel across disciplines. We currently stand four stallions:

3-month-old Welsh Mountain Pony filly, Gwenllian, and dam, Alvesta Gwyneth (Nerwyn Gwyn x Alvesta Lil Gumdrop). Gwenllian is our last foal from Delami Red Legend before he went to Ontario. We think she’s pretty special.
