🚨 We’re seeing an increase in kennel cough cases in the community!

Kennel cough is a highly contagious respiratory illness that spreads easily anywhere dogs gather — including parks, daycare, boarding facilities, and pet grooming salons.

Common symptoms include:
• Persistent dry cough or “honking” sound
• Sneezing or nasal discharge
• Production of a white, foamy liquid
• Low energy
• Reduced appetite in some cases

To help protect your dog:
🐾 Keep vaccinations up to date
🐾 Avoid close contact with coughing dogs
🐾 Wash hands and shared items regularly
🐾 Monitor for symptoms after social outings

If your dog develops a cough, please contact a veterinarian and avoid public dog spaces until they’ve recovered.
