I’ve got a 21 year old thoroughbred mare that’s looking for someone to hangout with. She was NOT restarted after the track therefore she WILL NOT be available for riding. She’s just looking for someone who would be willing to take her on walks or do ground work with her, brush her and honestly just spoil her! She’s incredibly sweet ive just found with my busy schedule she’s not getting as much attention as I’d like! She’s located at a small private farm between Hanover and Durham and must stay on property. This is a part board/ lease situation. You’re welcome to spend as much or as little time with her as you please the fee is still the same. Pm for more info

We have new information about CASHEW

After some digging we have found out that cash is an ex bronc who has since been through a 30 day refresh.

He’s going walk, trot, lope, stops, backs up, spins both directions. Currently riding in a hackamore and a back cinch. Has not once offered to buck in my program.

Hes looking for a new home as my client has no purpose for him despite his progress under saddle!

Boone

Boone(aka Bo**er) is a grade quarter horse gelding! Can be registered, there has just been issues with the dams transfers. He’s a 10 year old dun standing roughly 15.3hh. UTD on farrier, vaccines and deworming!

History:
Boones owner bought him from an auction out west as a 4 year old where he had been advertised as having a year of ranch work on him! Checking fences, doctoring cows everyday ranch work! Since then he’s had extensive training put on him and has blossomed into a safe, respectful and honest horse!

Basic skills:
- bathes
- ties
- trailers
- stands for farrier
- goes through water

Training:
After coming from out west his owner rode him on trails for a year before starting weekly cutting lessons with Greg Crsipin NCHA professional trainer for 3 years. Boone spent 4 months with Gavin Purdie an NRHA professional trainer, where he had his skills fine tuned! In June of 2025 he came to me to just ride and had since been started on barrels and poles showing great potential!

This horse has the type of adjustability that people dream of. He is broke to the nines and takes care of his rider. This horse is very very honest and tries his hardest to please regardless of if he fully understands what you’re asking. He is the definition of safe and honest. The type of horse that will do anything for his owner and always strives to put his best foot forward!

The decision to sell him has not only been hard for his owner but for me as well! This is an amazing opportunity for someone to purchase a horse that can do everything and anything while still being able to grow together!
