Update- I contacted the Welland SPCA and they advised that the dogs were micro chipped and they were picked up by their owners !

They are sooo sweeeet. Welland SPCA has now picked them both up and they are safe. They are not quite skinny so it’s possibly they were dumped. If anyone is looking for a new friend stay tuned to Welland SPCA page as they may be up going for adoption!

Update- dogs are now safe with Welland SPCA
Edit- Amber the manager of Main 88 is now bringing them to Country Paws so we will secure them at my shop until the SPCA arrives .
These 2 dogs were found on Indian line and concession 15. Welland spca has been called but finder is standing on side of the road. Is anyone able to take them into their garage or home or car and wait for welland spca to arrive. Finder is holding them at side of road and has to leave
