🎉 Exciting News at Andrea’s Pampered Pets! 🐾💜

It is with great pleasure that I introduce TWO amazing new groomers joining the Andrea’s Pampered Pets family!

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take a few steps back from grooming full-time so I can focus more on growing the business, maintaining the high quality of care you expect, and spending more time with my family.

With that said, I am so excited to welcome Amanda and Cassandra to our team! They officially join us this week, and I know you’re going to love them as much as we do. They are both passionate about pets and dedicated to making sure every furry friend leaves looking and feeling their best.

Don’t worry—I’m not going anywhere! 💜 I’ll still be grooming Monday through Thursday. If you’d like me to personally groom your pup, please be sure to book ahead and rebook at each appointment, as my schedule typically fills about a month in advance.

Thank you all for your continued trust, support, and loyalty. Because of you, Andrea’s Pampered Pets continues to grow, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

🐾 Good evening, my pet peeps! 🐾

I wanted to take a moment to chat about our no-show policy and explain why it’s so important to our small business.

Every pet is carefully scheduled with a specific groomer or bath & brush technician based on their breed, coat type, grooming needs, and the time required for their appointment. When a pet doesn’t show up, that appointment time can’t usually be filled at the last minute.

Not only does our salon lose that income, but our staff have still come to work expecting that appointment and are paid for their scheduled time. As a small business, these missed appointments have a significant impact on our ability to continue providing the high-quality care and service you expect.

To help avoid this, we send a reminder text the day before your appointment that includes a reminder of our $30–$50 no-show fee.

If you can’t make your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We completely understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you and find another appointment that suits both you and your pet.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly. We truly appreciate each and every one of you—and your furry family members! ❤️🐶🐱

CAUTION!! Long sappy thank you post!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start or how to put into words how touched, grateful, and overwhelmed I am by the incredible support we received at our grand opening today. ❤️

Despite the absolutely disgusting weather (it felt more like a monsoon than a grand opening! 🌧️), so many of you still came out to say hello, tour the new salon, support our small business, and celebrate this huge milestone with us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. It truly means more than you’ll ever know.

A huge thank you to my amazing staff. You kept me fed, talked me down from having a few meltdowns, and worked so hard to help make this transition and opening a success. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank you for putting up with me, love you long time🫶🏻

Thank you to Thistle Brew Co, Mel&Joe’s mini donut food trucks, Pawsitvly positive rescue, Furever Moments, Outlaw Bo’s freedom snacks and JJ’s Paws and Friends pet sitting for sticking with us through all the rain and hanging out with us and making our grand opening that much more special 💜

To my brother Jamie, “the other Jamie” (as I call him), and his incredible girlfriend Karen—thank you for jumping in during these last few hectic weeks. You gave John and me the extra hands we desperately needed to get everything finished in time for today. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Also a shout out to my mommy for all the help, support and that motherly push to get me through the last few weeks. Also thank you mom ,Jen and Sasha for your help with Lincoln! He greatly appreciates you taking him so he didn’t have to stay at the shop and help clean lol

And finally, to my husband and business partner, John…

Babe, you have gone above and beyond over the last six months to help make one of my biggest dreams come true—owning my own building for Andrea’s Pampered Pets. You poured your heart into this project, worked tirelessly, and never once stopped believing in us or this dream. There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for everything you’ve done for me, our family, and our future.

Today was more than just the opening of a new salon—it was the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who helped make it possible.

From the bottom of my heart… thank you. We are so incredibly blessed, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back to Andrea’s Pampered Pets! 🐾💜
