⭐️ PLEASE fill out/update ALL information possible when booking online. We understand it takes time but the more information the better for everyone. Once it’s filled out it won’t need to be done again! Our system keeps record of all information submitted and you will only need to sign in with your phone number to view/change your pet’s details and/or book with us!

🙏🏼 With how busy we are, especially during the holiday season, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you do so with a MINIMUM of 24 HOURS NOTICE to avoid fees and so that another dog has the chance to get groomed. We understand life happens, especially in the winter..(🤧ew), however we do deserve proper notice. All related information is clearly stated in our service agreement that is required to be signed in order to be a client, please read it thoroughly. If you’d like to have it re-sent to you, please just let us know.✍️

🚨If you’d like to be on our CANCELLATION/WAITLIST please let us know; along with what month/more specific dates/times you’re hoping for, what breed of dog(s) you have and the best contact method to swiftly reach you. The more details we have the better chance at getting you booked in!✂️

⚠️ 2026 online booking will be available by mid October. I will announce once books are open!
If you’d like to be on an automatic recurring schedule for the next year please let me know ASAP and we’ll get that set up for you!
