📞💙 A little reminder to be kind to your veterinary receptionists! 🐾

Between the ringing phones, worried pet parents, busy schedules, emergencies, and a million things happening at once, our reception team handles A LOT behind the scenes. 🫠

It’s stressful, it’s chaotic, and sometimes it’s a whole lot of fun. Patience, kindness, and understanding go a LONG way!

Be kind! They’re doing their best to care for you and your pets too!
