Hi everyone! I've had quite a few no-shows this month. I understand if an emergency comes up but please let me know if you need to reschedule.
If someone is 15 minutes late then it's marked as a no-show. Sometimes I can find someone to come instead but sometimes I cannot. I don't charge no-show fees but 2 no-shows will result in me not being able to book you in on the schedule and moving you to the waitlist for same day appointments... Again, I understand we are all only human. Also please don't spam call my number, just text or email [email protected] only because I have a hard time hearing on the phone. ☹️💕

We are set for outdoor bathing! It's not the prettiest but it works lol. Great for big dogs, disabled dogs, etc. Just need it to warm up outside now! 💕

Please ring the doorbell when you get here, I will come out to the salon within minutes unless I am already in the salon doing a nail trim. I have a bit of a headache today but I can power through, I just look rough is all 🤣🫶
