We are hiring in Phelpston ON

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and knowledgeable Barn Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equestrian facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standard of horse care, a good attention to detail, be team oriented, maintain a safe and clean facility, and lead our barn staff effectively. This role requires very limited mucking, but general barn chores, some tacking and lunging, and overseeing the everyday schedule, working closely with our team of vets and farriers and more. The ideal person will have a valid drivers license, enjoy teaching riding lessons, be comfortable pulling a trailer and driving a tractor and can be available to work some weekends.

To all the horse show parents… thank you. ❤️

Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the endless miles on the road, and the sacrifices made so your children can pursue the sport they love.

Thank you for learning how to braid, holding horses, carrying tack, cheering from the rail, wiping away tears after tough rounds, and celebrating the victories, big and small.

While the ribbons may hang in the tack room, so much of every rider’s success is built on the support standing quietly beside the ring.

We see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you for everything you do.

🗓 SAVE THE DATE 🗓

Hope Equestrian returns August 8 & 9 for our next show weekend!

After hosting our first show, we’ve learned so much and are incredibly grateful for all of the feedback, support, and encouragement from our riders, trainers, families, officials, and volunteers. We have taken your suggestions to heart and are working hard behind the scenes to make each event even better than the last.

Our goal is to continue creating a welcoming, well-run competition experience where riders of all levels can enjoy a positive and rewarding weekend with their horses.

We are excited to build on the success of our first show and look forward to welcoming everyone back on August 8 & 9. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks!

A little late but better late then never ! Last weekend, we hosted our very first Hope Equestrian Team OE sanctioned horse show !

Find the rider who shows what this sport is really about — kindness, patience, encouragement, a good attitude, and the ability to laugh when horse show chaos inevitably arrives. 🐴✨

Our sportsmanship award went to Holly Aubin riding Cec Valentine ❤️

Through the waiting, the schedule shuffle, and the classic “because… horses” kind of day — Holly continued to smile, support others, and remind everyone why we love this community.

Because ribbons are amazing… but the riders who stay positive throughout the day? Those are the ones who make this sport special. 🏇💕
