We've been chatty lately about our lettuce program, I mean can you blame us, it so FRESH, crisp and flavorful but we can't forget how we got started; Microgreens!

At first glance they don't look like much, other than tiny plants but what they have is where the gold is. Microgreens have a bold flavor and high density nutrition. They can have from 4 to 40 times the nutrient density of their mature counterpart.
In recent years they've become more and more popular because people are becoming aware of just how important they are in a healthy and nutritious diet and they make a bland meal looking appetizing.
We have have a large variety of microgreens on our menu, some are a little more bold than others but they all taste great and they pair perfectly well most dishes.
So what ever you choose from our menu you can be sure that your palate and body will thank you for it.

Although we're excited and grateful to have our delicious lettuce back on the menu we can't forget all the other goodies that we have; like our amazing microgreens that are jam packed with essential nutrients and minerals to feed what the body needs. They're tiny but they hold 4 times their weight, or more, in nutrients.
And what about our Bountiful Salad, one of the most popular items on our menu. Our Bountiful Salad includes a balance of sweet pea, zesty buckwheat, and buttery sunflower that gives a pleasant crunch.
We have a lot to choose from our menu but it all tastes so good and you won't be disappointed with you choice. :)

We have a limited amount of romaine lettuce available this week so if you love romaine be sure to place your order early but we do have an abundant of red leafy and butterhead lettuce available; both are fantastic for a colorful and crisp garden salad and burgers. Don't forget, when you purchase 3 or more of either the same or variety the cost is just $4 per bag. :)

We're making some changes to our lettuce program... and we think you guys are gonna love it.

We've been growing Romaine Lettuce for a few years, so we thought it was time to expand and add something a little different. We now have 4 different types of lettuce; our mainstay Romaine, beautiful Red Butterhead, vibrant Green Butterhead, and our fire red Leafy lettuce!!! :O

We're also changing how we package and price our lettuce.

We're no longer offering live lettuce (root attached), instead we are only offering bagged lettuce. This means you get more product and less wastage but the same weight, in essence you're getting more for your buck! :)
Each bag of lettuce is valued at $5 per bag but when you purchase 3 bags or more, whether it's 3 bags of the same variety or 3 bag of different varieties the price per bag is $4. :O :)

We just keep bringing you the deals, local is always BEST!!!

The weather we've been having this year has been fantastic for tan-lines... and lettuce!

We're very impressed with how our hydroponic greenhouse is doing so far this year.
It's was a little slow at the start but that's part of setting up new infrastructure and dialing in our system but now our yields are fantastic.
If it sounds like we're bragging we don't mean to.... well maybe just a little but all the hard work we are doing to grow delicious Romaine lettuce is really for you guys to enjoy, and us too of course.
If you haven't already tried our lettuce like many others then what are you waiting for?

Just a quick note... we have some beautiful and delicious Romaine Lettuce available this week. If you haven't already had some of our lettuce you'll be in for a wonderful treat when you do.
It's crisp, tender, FRESH, and a deep luscious green; you won't find anything like it at any grocery store.
