A Friendly Fall Reminder 🍂🐾
As the cooler weather settles in, so does the season when kennel cough tends to make its rounds. While we haven’t seen any cases here at The Social Pup, we want to stay ahead of it and help keep our pack healthy!
Kennel cough spreads a lot like a cold, through close contact, shared water bowls, or a good ol’ sniff hello. If your pup develops a cough, runny nose, or starts hacking up phlegm, please keep them home until they’re feeling 100%.
If symptoms appear while at daycare, we’ll separate them and give you a call right away just to be safe. We’re also keeping up with extra cleaning and sanitizing throughout the fall to help stop germs in their tracks.
