Are you kidding!!

Look at who’s up for best pet groomer and best grooming salon in Clarington. Whoever thought to put us on this list thank you. What a wonderful surprise.

We’ve officially been open one year at our new location. We are so greatful to each and every one of our clients new and regular.

Just a reminder about cat grooming day this Saturday May 9th. Bri has some spots open still and won’t be back until June

Tomorrow May 1st we will be CLOSED for walk in nail trims. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We have a few reactive dogs in for grooming tomorrow that require the salon to be empty and silent for the duration of their appointment.

We will be open next Friday 12-5 for regular walk in services.

This Sunday we had Kelli Gilliss into the salon to teach us and 15 other local groomers about compassionate handling for pets.

Your dogs comfort is always our main priority in the salon! We were grateful to have Kelli come in and teach us a few things. She is a wealth of information.

We try to host educational events at least once a month for our staff and other groomers who take pride in advancing their skills and knowledge. Looking forward to the next one!

Our owner Marcia Strong has made the top ten in the open level for Canadian groomers for the second year in a row!

Number 9: Marcia Strong!

Marcia Strong is a Certified Master Groomer (CPPS), Groom Team Canada member, and Ukal Canada sponsored competitor. A five-time Barkleigh Honour Award winner, Marcia competes at the Open level in Poodles, All Other Purebred, and Salon Freestyle classes. She has built three successful salons from the ground up, grooms for film and television, and has been featured in international magazines.

An experienced educator and competitor Marcia has travelled across North America and the UK to teach, compete, and inspire. Her favourite class to judge is the First Timers Class, where she can help new groomers find their confidence.

Beyond the competition ring, Marcia shares her passion on TikTok as “I Like Dogs More Than You,” and proudly raises and shows Kerry Blue Terriers.
