HCF will have an outdoor spot available for June 1st. Large pasture with shelter, mixed herd. Message us to book at tour!

12/29/2024

HCF will have a Hybrid Board spot available for February 1st due to a sale. Horses are outside full time May-Oct and inside at night Nov-April. Large grass field with a quiet mixed herd.

Pasture board spots for geldings available as well (same mixed herd).

Could also entertain a super quiet pony gelding who required controlled feeding. Specialized spot, additional fees apply for extra special feeding regime. Will be very picky about this spot.

HCF will have a pasture board spot available Dec 1. Easy-going mixed herd. Horse must be non-drama and good with electric fencing. Round bales through the winter and pasture all summer. Come in for the cold!

Pasture Board options available! Ideally looking for a couple geldings to fill our last 3 pasture board spaces. One medium-high dominance horse and two medium-low dominance horses. Candidates must be ok on rotational grass pasture through summer; no pony spots at this time. Message us to learn more!

HCF has a couple ponies available for part-board for capable Novice and up riders.

BRYN - Blue Roan, medium pony mare. Flat only, loves to hack. Very safe and dependable. Would be perfect for a petit adult looking for some riding time or a teen looking to boost confidence. Would do well to dressage. Small fee, 3 days a week. Lessons can be discussed with approved coaches at additional fee.

BONNIE - bay, top end small pony mare. Hack only. This pony does have mild heaves that is managed well with supplements and meds only for flare ups. She is currently doing very well and is looking for someone who wants to hack for the summer. She cannot be ridden in the sand ring due to dust. Arena would be dependant on conditions. Ideally looking for a summer/fall hacking part-board. Small fee, exclusive use 4-5 days a week.

Free riding opportunity. Looking for a petit, knowledge and experienced rider to help us keep some small and medium ponies in work. Ponies are green and need miles. Looking for someone committed to work them 3-4 days a week. Riding and/or lunging. We have a large indoor arena, sand ring, hacking trails and obstacle area. Located in Orono. Rider must carry OE membership.

We currently have one hybrid board spot available for a quiet mare. Stall for winter, outside for the summer. Automatic heated water, shelter, grazing and round bales. Small mare only group.

Come in for winter!! HCF has two openings available for pasture board. Preferably a quiet geldings but will consider mares who are known to be ok in a mixed herd. 24/7 heated water, shelters and round bale fed. We can also accommodate ponies at this time who require limited grass come spring.
