We understand that not all products are perfect — sometimes a small defect can happen during production, shipping, or even from improper storage. Occasionally, a “lemon” product might slip through quality checks.

At Bark N Ball, we stand behind what we sell. 💪
If you find any defect within one year of purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:
1. 🧾 The product must have been purchased directly from us with a valid order ID, and it must be a new item (not used).
2. 🚚 Shipping cost for the replacement is the customer’s responsibility.
3. 🐾 If you’re in the Ottawa area, you’re welcome to pick up your replacement in person — please note we are not responsible for delivery.
