Big news for 2026!
I’d like to share that the shop is now under new ownership. I’m proud to announce that I’ve sold the business to my nieces, Kendra and Jordyn, who will be taking over day-to-day operations alongside Meghan, Emily and Lisa.
Jordyn and Kendra have been grooming for many years in Stittsville, and its been their dream to own their own shop. They've spent the last couple months learning the in and outs of the business. Our valued clients can expect the same commitment to quality, care, and service, with some fresh energy and ideas along the way.

Did you know 250 Bridge St was home to Carleton Place Fire Department in the l890's? The name "Ocean Wave Fire Company" came from the company's first hand-pumper. When first used, the large stream of water was likened to an "Ocean Wave"...hence the name you see on the trucks to this day.

This beautiful old building has been a few different businesses over the years, but currently is home to Barks and Baths Dog Grooming. (And maybe the odd friendly ghost? Just ask the staff about the foot steps sometimes heard on the stairwell...)
