🐾 Important Update for Our Pup Patrol clients 🐾

Hi everyone! We wanted to keep you informed that over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had a few cases of kennel cough reported. It’s also been circulating more widely in our area, so we want to take a moment to share some helpful information to keep all of our pups safe and healthy.

🐶 What to watch for:
• A persistent, dry “honking” cough
• Sneezing or runny nose
• Mild fever
• Lethargy or decreased energy
• Loss of appetite (in some cases)

If your dog is showing any of these signs, we kindly ask that you keep them home and consult your vet if needed.

⏳ When can my dog return?
Dogs should stay home for at least 7–10 days after symptoms have fully resolved. This helps prevent spreading it to other pups, as kennel cough is highly contagious.

💡 Tips to help your pup recover:
• Ensure plenty of rest and hydration
• Avoid collars—use a harness to reduce throat irritation
• Keep them away from other dogs during recovery

We are taking extra precautions with cleaning and monitoring to help reduce the spread within our facility. Your cooperation plays a huge role in keeping our daycare a safe and happy place for all dogs 🐕💛

Attention Pup Patrol Clients! ❄️🚨

Due to the forecasted weather for tomorrow, we have decided that for the safety of our staff and clients that we will be CLOSED tomorrow, Monday January 26th ☃️

We appreciate those who reached out in advance to cancel their expected day - getting in touch to cancel allows us to staff properly, especially for some of our staff that do not live locally.

Tessa will be attempting to contact every expected Monday client, if we missed you we apologize!
Please contact Tessa for any questions including to reschedule your Monday visit to another day!

Pup Patrol is looking to grow our clientele and take on some new pups! 🐾

If you or someone you know is looking for top quality pet care please send them our way! 🐕

Our daycare offers ample room for indoor AND outdoor play. Pups are always off leash and kennel free in our secure facility and fully fenced in yard Monday to Friday, 6am-6pm. 🐶

We accept ALL breeds, small to big, and pups to seniors 💕

This is a great way to socialize your dog and maybe burn off some extra energy 🤗

MONDAY DECEMBER 29TH

Due to the heavy amounts of freezing rain expected tonight, we have made the decision to close the daycare tomorrow to keep staff, clients and pups safe 🐾

We have sent out this memo to all expected Monday clients, but want to make sure no one has been missed! 🤍❄️

We will be opened on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday this week! (Closed Thursday for New years)
