Our Client Care Coordinators are the welcoming faces (& voices) of Fen Vet, building meaningful connections with clients, supporting our patients, & creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.
In-Person Client Care
Provide in-person client care, communication, & support throughout their clinic visit.
Handle payments, consent forms, paperwork, & other front-desk responsibilities.
Support clients through sensitive services, including euthanasia appointments.
Clean, organize, & maintain the front desk, clinic rooms, & client areas.
Virtual Client Care
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, & texts to assist clients with questions & concerns.
Communicate with the in-clinic team to provide clients with accurate answers, updates, & care plans.
Schedule & coordinate appointments, including providing necessary appointment & procedure instructions.
Document client communications & relay important information to the in-clinic team.
Help address & resolve client concerns, escalating to the appropriate team when needed.
Fully off-site with no in-person clinic duties. Canadian residents only
