After many wonderful years, I’ve made the difficult but heartfelt decision to retire Harley and 32 from their roles as lesson horses. They’ve given so much to so many. Teaching, supporting, and helping so many riders grow - and they truly deserve a slower, well earned retirement.
Because of this change, I won’t be able to provide lesson horses for riders this season. I know this may be disappointing, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I prioritize their well-being and happiness. Riding lessons are still available for those that have their own horse.
Thank you to everyone who has ridden, learned from, and loved these incredible horses over the years. Their impact has meant more than words can express, and I’m so grateful to have shared them with all of you.
I would love for your to help celebrate them! If you’ve met Harley or 32, please feel free to share a photo, your favourite memories, or a lesson they helped teach you.
They’ve touched so many lives, and it would mean so much to see those moments and stories come together.

Well… Mother Nature clearly didn’t get the memo that it supposed to be spring.
We were so excited to kick off our outdoor season on April 1st… but it looks like the weather had its own April Fools’ joke planned for us.
Instead of sunshine and bare ground, we’ve got cold temps and a whole lot of snow sticking around. Not exactly the spring start we had in mind!
So for now, outdoor riding lessons and horse training are going to have to wait just a little bit longer. We know everyone is eager to get back out there! Especially me!!
Thanks for your patience while we wait for spring to actually arrive! We promise we’ll be out there as soon as Mother Nature cooperates.

The ZOOM SQUAD headed north to Lac La Biche for Skijoring for MS this weekend… and let’s just say, it was COLD 🥶
Like, frozen-fingers, can’t-feel-my-feet, questioning-my-life-choices kind of cold.
But WOW was it worth it.
Zoom showed up locked in and all heart, our skier, Dave Pfaeffli, brought the fire, and together we ran our way to becoming 1D CHAMPIONS 🏆🔥
We secured our first prize buckle!! ✨
I’m so proud of this powerhouse mare. She doesn’t care about the wind, or the cold. She digs deep and is brave, willing to go do whatever I point her at. She just lines up and says, “Let’s go.”
Huge thank you to the organizers and everyone who braved the temperatures to make it such a fun, high-energy weekend. Nothing beats good horses, good teammates, and a crowd that’s willing to freeze for the sport.
