And that’s a wrap on the Northern Ontario Tooth Tour 2025! Field, Ontario & North Bay, you were all sorts of amazing. 💚 Thank You.

From the wild storms and whiteouts to the –27°C frostbite chronicles and those long, long days. This Northern Ontario Tooth Tour gave us everything. And honestly? Every minute was worth it. We wrapped it all up with determination… and a bang!
We’re already filling up March for our 3-month visits, and for everyone waiting on 6-month rebookings — June is set!!!

Thank you and for hosting us, for all of you trusting us, and welcoming us into your communities and hearts. We’re beyond grateful. 💛

North Bay — Day 3 🦷🎄❄️

Another day here in the Bay!
Today’s survival mission includes nine dogs, a ton of smiles, and whatever North Bay decides to throw my way… 😆🙃
Running on caffeine, vibes, and the stubbornness to finish this Tooth Tour strong!
The work is long, the hours are full, and yes… the pups are plentiful. My heart smiles.
But North Bay has a way of making it feel peaceful somehow.

Grateful for today. 💚

Day Two of the Northern Ontario Frostbite Chronicles ❄️😂 The Whiteout Whispers & Warm-Hearted Creatures —

This morning greeted us with a tempestuous symphony of wind and whiteout, the sort of storm that dissolves the horizon until even the kennel across the street becomes a rumour. 😆🥹

Yet inside, in our little sanctuary of warmth and wagging tails, the day unfolded with its own gentle poetry. And honestly, that makes all the difference when Mother Nature decides to throw this kind of weather tantrum.

A little cutie even drifted off to sleep mid–teeth-cleaning, a serene reminder that trust isn’t always loud; sometimes it arrives as a soft, contented snore. Like humans, some dogs truly enjoy the ritual.
I, on the other hand, could absolutely do without the dentist — but I still go. 😅 And I can assure you, I would never fall asleep during a cleaning. So the fact that Louie did? That makes the moment feel extra special.

The afternoon brought a mosaic of familiar faces and brave new visitors, each adding their own constellation of stories to our cosy corner. I adore these connections. Honestly, I long for them.

The air felt studious, almost purposeful, as though the very walls were leaning in to listen. And when new fur clients and their paWrents walk in with that unmistakable “oh wow, they really care here” expression… well, that quiet validation settles deep in the heart. It reminds us that even in the chaos of a , we’re creating a warmth that has nothing to do with temperature. Just trust, gentleness, and the shared desire for a fresh, clean smile for our furry companions.

Into the Northern Lights (and Whiteouts!) —The Frostbite Edition 🥶👏🏻

And just like that… our final Northern Ontario Tooth Tour of 2025 has officially begun!

Getting here? Ohhh boy.
When I left my home base in Barrie yesterday, it was instant white-out conditions. I swear Mother Nature said, “If you’re doing a Northern Tooth Tour, you’re EARNING it.” 😅🤦🏼‍♀️

Somewhere around Gravenhurst the sky finally relaxed a little…
But the temperature? Absolutely not.
Every kilometre further north, the numbers dropped like they were trying to break a record.
By the time I hit the Northern stretch: –27°C.
Brrr is an understatement. ☃️❄️

But today?
The snow fell gently—fluffy, quiet, magical—the kind you only appreciate when you’re watching it from inside… with heat. 😂
And of course, it was made even better by all the cute little boopable noses and wagging tails!

Despite the cold, the long drive, and the winter theatrics, today felt special.
There’s something about closing out the year on the road… meeting incredible pet paWrents… squeezing in those last-minute pre-holiday appointments.

We even had to add an extra day on this tour because the demand was THAT crazy, and honestly? That fills my heart right to the brim. My tail is doing the windmill as I write this. 💃🏼🐕

Tomorrow is North Bay , and if today is any preview… it’s going to be one for the books.

How was everyone’s day today? I hope it was absolutely splendid, filled with radiant smiles!

Ours was a marvelous whirlwind of challenges.
Yet we carried on with unwavering optimism, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your remarkable patience and understanding.

From the unpredictable weather, to the maddening traffic, to the unforeseen scheduling mishaps and every little chaos in between. Your grace did not go unnoticed. Thank you, sincerely.

A quick stop in Kingston to fit everyone in before the holidays!!!

It turned into quite the poodle-doodly mix kinda day, and the sunshine was such a gift compared to the gloom I’ve been having back home.

Thank you all for your patience as we ran a little behind schedule. So wonderful catching up with you all and welcoming some new friends into the mix!
