🥇 The winner of our 2025 Doggy in the Window competition is… & Friends! 🐾🎉

This year’s winning photo is a little extra special — not just one pup, but a trio of mountain adventurers posing proudly at the iconic Moraine Lake. ⛰️

Silas, now a proud Bow Valley local, has been exploring the Rockies since he was just 12 weeks old. Born in Rocky Mountain House and now living his best life in Canmore, this floofy legend knows the mountains like the back of his paw.

Alongside him in the photo are his pals .maui.bear and Neïka — a trio that once explored the Rockies together, forming lasting friendships through shared adventure. Though Maui now roams the French Alps and Neïka explores the East Coast of Canada, this moment captures the spirit of the contest: community, connection, and the pure joy of pup friendships.

Rockin’ his yellow hat in front of Rundle, this stylish little explorer paddled straight into our hearts!

Oliver’s been living his best life in the Bow Valley since November — swimming, paddling with his dog mom, and striking poses at Vermilion Lakes like a total pro. 🛶🐶

He’s also a big fan of liver treats and collagen chews (a pup with great taste, clearly 😋)

Ozzy was rescued from the streets of China and found his forever home right here in the Bow Valley 4 years ago ❤️🐕

These days, he’s all about the outdoors — joining his human on trail runs, hikes, and backcountry camps (he even has his own backpack! 🎒). And if you’ve got dehydrated liver treats? You’ve made a best friend for life. 😄
