🐾 A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Times
To help keep the salon calm and running smoothly, please arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible for both drop-off and pickup.
Bonafide is a small, low-volume grooming salon, and I work with many dogs who are anxious, fearful, reactive, or simply more comfortable with a little extra personal space.
A lot of thought goes into planning each day. I intentionally build buffers between appointments to reduce the chances of dogs crossing paths and to create a calmer transition between clients.
When someone arrives 15–20 minutes early, or is running behind for a drop-off or pickup, those carefully planned buffers can disappear very quickly. While I always do my best to provide that one-on-one feeling, some overlap is still possible and staying close to your scheduled times helps me keep it to a minimum.
Those little spaces in my schedule are also often used for stand-alone services like nail trims and ear cleanings. Arriving early for a grooming appointment can mean arriving during another client’s scheduled service.
I can create the schedule, but I need your help to make it work!
If you arrive early, no worries! Please simply wait in your vehicle or in the hallway until your scheduled appointment time before coming into the salon.
Please also remember to never open the grooming door or enter the grooming space without permission, as this helps keep all dogs safe and prevents unnecessary stress or interruptions.
