• 24+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule = no fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% of the projected grooming cost required to rebook
• No-shows = 100% of the projected grooming cost required to rebook, plus pre-payment of the next service

Please make sure your dog is available for their scheduled appointment. Work conflicts do not waive cancellation fees.
